SuzyQue’s is a unique mix of southern BBQ, drawing from the flavors of Memphis, St. Louis, Texas and North Carolina to create our own special delicacies. We use only the finest premium meats dry rubbed with our own exclusive blend of spices and slow smoked in our state of the art smoker. We have four delicious and unique sauces to slathered on, served on the side:
